Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only to monthly or yearly subscription fees in cases where:

A verified technical failure occurs, and

The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note:

Signup fees are strictly non-refundable.

Customization charges are non-refundable.

Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ahasanhabibrubel@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved:

The refund process will be initiated promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Delivery Time (If Applicable)
For any physical products or materials (if applicable), estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days

Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or external factors. However, we always strive to ensure timely and secure delivery.
